The Signing of an Intergovernmental Partnership Agreement (IPA) on the School Feeding Programme.

IGRTC CEO Dr. Kipkurui Chepkwony hosted H.E. Irungu Kang'ata, Governor of Murang'a County, for the signing of an Intergovernmental Partnership Agreement (IPA) on the School Feeding Programme.
The IPA formalizes the framework for implementing the Murang'a School Feeding Programme, which currently provides daily meals to more than 39,000 learners across 524 ECDE centres and has been expanded through a pilot school lunch initiative in 55 primary schools. The Agreement ensures that the programme is implemented in accordance with the Constitution of Kenya and devolution laws.
